How it started

Running a fleet taught us what booking systems miss.

Before CamperFlow, Kevin Marry — a commercial pilot — ran Epic Vans, a campervan rental operation. The booking system handled reservations fine. But the operational side — vehicle readiness, compliance deadlines, staff checklists, handover records — lived in spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and institutional memory.

Every morning started with the same questions: which vehicles are actually ready? Which checks are done? What's still pending before the next pickup? The answers were scattered across tools and people. The only way to know was to ask around.

CamperFlow is the tool that should have existed. Not a generic platform with rental add-ons bolted on — a system built specifically around how a rental operation actually works, from booking confirmed to vehicle returned.

Why booking systems aren't enough
